Woman unleashes her aggression on stranger’s vehicle with brick, per report

27-year-old Britteney Davis was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and vandalism after throwing a brick at a car and pulling out the radio but admitted to not knowing the owner when questioned.

On December 7th, Clarksville Police Officer Nicholas Martin responded to a call for service at 904 Shearor Street. The victim called 911 and said that her car was being vandalized. Officer Martin made contact with Britteney Davis who said that she was there because she caught her boyfriend cheating and needed to get her house key back, per the affidavit.

The victim stated that she did not personally know Davis, and stated that Davis vandalized her car and stole the radio from it. Officer Martin saw that the car had scratches all around the car, the windshield of the car was busted, and the radio was pulled out. When asked, Davis admitted that she threw a brick at the victim’s vehicle due to her boyfriend cheating on her, and Davis stated that she also did not know the victim.

Britteney Davis was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and vandalism. She has since been released on a $25,000 bond.
