After the officers went back to their vehicle, one of their neighbors stopped them and said she heard screaming and banging from the two again. Officer Roederer walked back up to the residence and saw Tumlin throw Boyce’s TV and shoes into the parking lot. As she went back into the house, police took her into custody. According to Boyce, he went to grab the keys to their car from Tumlin’s backpack when she started pushing him, which caused him to jam his finger.

Savannah Tumlin was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on a $500 bond.
