EMS showed up and continued to assist Amanda. On the counter was an “apple baggie” containing blue powder that field-tested positive for heroin with a cut straw laying next to it. Robert stated that he left for work around 5 PM and that his wife was supposed to be watching their 3-year-old son. She had recently overdosed on July 29th and had a condition to her release stating that she was to stay away from drugs and alcohol. She was transported to Tennova before being taken into custody.
