Woman chucks tea on Cracker Barrel worker; smears lotion on her car as she leaves

21-year-old Curtisa Milan was charged with assault and vandalism after she threw tea on a Cracker Barrel employee and then smeared lotion on her vehicle.

On October 18th, Elena Sloan was working at Cracker Barrel located at 200 Cracker Barrel Drive when she came into the dining room from the kitchen and was approached by Curtisa Milan. Elena stated that Curtisa aggressively grabbed a glass of tea off of a table and threw it at Elena, soaking her clothes.

After Curtisa left the restaurant, Elena was told by another employee that her vehicle was vandalized. She went outside to the parking lot and found that her vehicle had lotion smeared on her windows. Per the report, Curtisa texted Elena admitting to throwing the tea at her and she was seen by witnesses smearing the lotion on her vehicle.

Curtisa Milan was arrested on October 26th and charged with assault and vandalism. She was released on a $2,500 bond.
