27-year-old Vera Howard was charged with vandalism under $1000 after she admitted to an officer that she broke her boyfriend’s $15 pair of headphones during a verbal argument.
On November 6th, Clarksville Police Officer Sutton responded to a call about a domestic dispute at the residence of 2655 Union Hall Road apartment E9. On the scene, he spoke with Vera Howard and her boyfriend about the disturbance.
Vera claimed that although no physical assault took place, she did break her boyfriend’s headphones. Her boyfriend verified that the broken red headphones on the ground at the scene were his. The red headphones were valued at around $15.
Vera Howard was charged and arrested for vandalism. She has been released on a $250 bond.
