Teen brawls with brother during argument with family members on-looking

18-year-old Ryan Heath was charged with domestic assault after attacking his brother while they both had family watching.

On December 1st, Mongomery County Sheriff’s Deputy R. Stach was dispatched to a domestic call at the residence at 137 Bainbridge Drive. There, Stach met with a man who stated his two sons were “physically fighting” at the address. Stach entered and met with Ryan Heath who stated he was in a fight with his brother Joshua Heath. He then said he approached his brother first then Ryan’s fiance got in between them. Then Joshua reportedly jumped at him did not strike him. Ryan then admitted to swinging and a fight broke out. Then after the first fight, another broke out but no one can remember how it started. Witnesses on the scene were able to corroborate Ryan’s story. Ryan was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Ryan Heath was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He has since been released on a $1,000 bond.
