Pizza Hut employee charged with intoxication and disorderly conduct

26-year-old Aron Holt was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication when twice in one night he was reported for disturbing people in their homes. He was deemed to be an annoyance and a danger.

On May 13th, Clarksville Police Officer Michael Hickmon was dispatched to Evans Road in regard to a man, who was later identified as Aron Holt, prostrate in a resident’s driveway. According to the affidavit, Officer Hickmon was called an hour later by a different resident to 840 Britton Springs Road.

The resident reported a man standing outside his and the neighbor’s windows. Upon arrival, the officer met again with Aron Holt who was shirtless, sweating profusely and fidgety. He was determined to be a nuisance and safety hazard.

Aron Holt was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication and is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
