27-year-old Sean Crowe was charged with obtaining fentanyl while police were observing his vehicle. Police searched the vehicle and found syringes while Crowe and his girlfriend had the baby in the front seat unsecured between them.
On May 12th, police were conducting surveillance of Raleigh Court when Agents Evans and Bing saw a grey Dodge Ram 1500 fail to stop at the intersection. The vehicle then parked at 2310 Raleigh Court when Agent Evans saw a black male approach the car and interact with the driver for about ten seconds. The female made a hand gesture representing a cutting motion then handed a small object to the defendant, Sean Crowe, who was in the driver’s seat. Agents approached the vehicle and made contact with the Crowe and the passenger, Chandler Graves.
Crowe was holding a piece of black plastic with a grey powder inside as well as a bottle cap with grey powder in it, agents observed per report. Three syringes in total were observed in the vehicle as well as powder residue on the dash while their child was in the middle of Crowe and Graves in the front seat unsecured. When the agents searched Crowe they found a digital scale and positively field tested the substance for fentanyl, about 1.3 grams worth.
On May 13th, while in a holding cell Crowe admitted to damaging the fire sprinkler causing his cell to flood. He stated that he didn’t know what it was. According to the affidavit, damages were $186.46 for parts and $456.46 after labor.
Sean Crowe was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl for resale, child neglect, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and vandalism. His total bond was set at $65,000.
