23-year-old Steven Louissaint was charged in the theft of a motorcycle belonging to Jessica Breznican. Two men were caught on video stealing her motorcycle. When officers went to question Louissaint he was wearing the same shirt from the video.
On September 12th, Jessica Breznican, who works for the campaign to elect David Webb to City Council, reported that her 2018 Harley Davidson was taken from the Revel House Pub and Eatery at 140 University Avenue in Clarksville. Jessica Breznican frequently appears on the right-wing podcast of Joe Padula.
Video surveillance showed a black Dodge Charger with two black males inside. The men exited the vehicle and began circling the motorcycle. In the video, the driver appeared to be wearing a NASA shirt and the passenger appeared to be wearing a white T-shirt. The male wearing the NASA t-shirt returned later to the motorcycle and got on his cell phone until nearby patrons left the area. The male in the white T-shirt got on the bike and left with it while the male in the NASA t-shirt fled in the Charger.
The license plate number of the Charger was traced back to Steven Louissaint and the motorcycle was recovered at 520 Franklin Street approximately one hour later. Clarksville Police Officers went to Steven’s residence and he was wearing the same NASA shirt that was identified in the video. The male in the white T-shirt is still unidentified.
Steven Louissaint was arrested and charged with theft of a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000.
