Mobile Manor Malice: Man brandishes knife during dispute with another

55-year-old Raleigh Tyrell was charged with assault after he was witnessed pulling a knife on a man during a verbal dispute at Mobile Manor.

On December 5th, Clarksville Police Officer Cody Heath responded to reports of an assault on 820 Tiny Town Road. The unnamed victim told Officer Heath he and Raleigh got into a verbal disagreement. During the disagreement, Raleigh reportedly pulled a knife on him.

The victim stated he pushed Raleigh and pulled out his own knife for his own safety. Witnesses of the incident corroborated the story. The officer searched Raleigh and found a small blade on his hip in a holster. He was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Raleigh Tyrell was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He was later released on a $5,000 bond.
