Man throws lotion and fishing poles at ex-girlfriend, kicks her in the ribs several times

41-year-old Alfred Taylor was charged with aggravated assault after his ex-girlfriend told police that he threw lotion and fishing poles at her, then ran after her and kicked her in the ribs when she tried to get away.

On November 26th, Autumn Nicholas reported an assault that took place at her residence at 1309 Jared Court. She stated her ex-boyfriend, Alfred Taylor, showed up uninvited and began arguing with her while he gathered his things. She then tried to flee due to their history of domestic violence. Upon fleeing, Alfred reportedly threw several items at her, including a lotion bottle and several fishing poles.

According to the report, she said he then caught up to her in the front yard and shoved her to the ground. She said he then kicked her several times in the ribs. Autumn was seen by EMS and had difficulty breathing but refused hospital transport. Autumn already had an order of protection against Alfred, which states he may not have any contact with her. He was then taken into custody.

Alfred Taylor was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and violation of an order of protection. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $61,000 bond.
