Man punches wife in the chest, takes her phone during argument

24-year-old Marque Ludd was charged with domestic assault after his girlfriend reported to police that he hit her twice and took her phone during an argument about their marital problems.

On November 11th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Thompson arrived at Solis Apartments located at 1985 Needmore Road Apartment 6308 in response to a domestic violence call. Marque Ludd and his wife, Jackiesha Hill, had been arguing about marital issues. According to the report, Marque hit Jackiesha in the arm, took her phone, and punched her in the chest.

Marque then “squared up with her to fight like a man,” so she grabbed a knife out of the kitchen. They looked at each other briefly before Marque headed to the bedroom where their long gun was, and Jackiesha ran out of the apartment. Officer Thompson noted no visible marks on Jackiesha but still offered her a safe house, which she declined, and that a temporary military order of protection was in place against Marque.

On November 12th, Marque Ludd was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
