45-year-old Elias Mejia was charged with stalking after police were notified that he was found outside his ex-girlfriend’s house around midnight. He had been previously warned to stop contacting her and a harassment report had been filed just two days prior.
On April 29th, CPD Officer Thomas Harrison responded to 284 Lafayette Road for a report about a man, identified as Elias Mejia, stalking ex-girlfriend Kelly Proctor outside her home. Officers found him outside the front door of the residence at almost midnight.
Only two days prior to this stalking infraction, Proctor filed a harassment report against Mejia. He was taken into custody and transported to Montgomery County Jail.
Elias Mejia was arrested and charged with stalking. His bond was set at $1,000.
