Police did observe security footage of the woman leaving the store through another entrance with the merchandise. The estimated value of the items stolen was $110. Clifford is homeless and new to Clarksville but often stays in Cheatham County. Due to the unlikeliness that Clifford would appear in court, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Clifford Foster was arrested and charged with theft of merchandise. His bond was set at $1,000.
