Man charged after minors confess who they got tattoos and drugs from

35-year-old Anthony Dykes was charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of tattooing a minor after providing minors with marijuana and LSD.

On October 6th, after getting complaints about a man tattooing minors, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Investigator Stavely started an investigation into the claims. During his investigation, he spoke with a father who showed a video of his 16-year-old daughter receiving a tattoo from Anthony Dykes. The minor advised that she got the tattoo at Dykes’ home at 1229 Cotton Wood Drive, and that he also gave her marijuana while she was there.

Investigator Stavely then spoke with a 15-year-old female and her parents. The minor advised that she got a small heart tattoo from Dykes around fall break. She also reported that Dykes gave her marijuana four times and she also got LSD from him.

Investigator Stavely also spoke with a 16-year-old male and his parents. He stated that he also received marijuana from Dyke and got a small heart tattooed on his thigh.

On November 24th, Investigator Stavely spoke with Dykes who admitted to tattooing two or three minors, but not remembering their names.

On November 25th, Anthony Dykes was arrested and charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of tattooing a minor. He was later released on a $10,000 bond.
