Warlick stated he and Bell got into an argument and Bell lifted his sweater at one point, revealing a handgun. He told officers when Bell displayed his weapon he said, “I’m going to kill you, bitch.” According to the report, the argument continued until Bell’s aunt, Margaret Ramey, contacted the police. When Officer Beveridge spoke with Bell, he confirmed that an argument took place between him and Warlick. Ramey corroborated Warlick’s claims of death threats being made toward him. The weapon in question was also recovered from the scene and a holster was found on Bell’s waist. Warlick told the officer that he felt as if his life would be in danger if Bell was not taken away from his residence.

Jordan Bell was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
