Man breaks windows out of ex’s trailer and gets caught with “a large piece of wood”

28-year-old Marvin Henderson was charged with vandalism after he was caught punching out the windows of his ex-girlfriend’s trailer, and he was seen carrying wood.

On November 22th, Clarksville Police Officer Sarah Sager arrived at a location unspecified in the affidavit. When Officer Sarah arrived, she saw Marvin Henderson with “a large piece of wood” in his hand about to throw it through the kitchen window of a trailer. When Henderson noticed Officer Sager, he dropped the piece of wood he was about to throw into the trailer.

When questioned, the victim, Andizita Cole, stated that she and Henderson got into an argument, and Henderson started punching out the windows of the trailer. It was also stated that he broke the bathroom mirror and another mirror that was in the hallway. The damages totaled to $200. Cole told Officer Sager that she previously was in a relationship with Henderson.

Marvin Henderson was arrested and charged with vandalism. Henderson is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
