Joshua Johnson charged with Friday night burglary on Dover Rd, despite removing security camera.

Clarksville Police were called to the 500 block of Dover Rd. on Friday night, June 21st, just before 11 pm when the owner saw someone inside of his business through surveillance footage.  Once officers arrived, they observed a man walking away from the business and detained him, and found property taken from inside of the business in his possession.

The man was identified as 35-year-old Joshua Adam Johnson. A spokesperson for Clarksville Police says it was determined that Johnson forced entry into the business, took property and removed the surveillance camera after he saw it blinking.  Also, there was property found in a trashcan by the door which had been removed from a vehicle parked in a securely fenced-in area.
