Hopkinsville man stumbles in front of Walmart Neighborhood Market

21-year-old Antonio Harris was charged with possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and unlawful drug paraphernalia after witnesses saw him fall twice trying to go inside Walmart Neighborhood Market.

On October 24th, Clarksville Police Officer Meagan Strickland responded to a public intoxication call at Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 408 Tiny Town Road. The officer noticed a man, later identified as Antonio Harris, barely able to stand up trying to get back in his vehicle.

There were multiple witnesses who advised that he fell two times trying to go inside Walmart Neighborhood Market. Per the report, he smelled of alcohol, had an open bottle of E&J liquor, and a blunt and rolling paper that tested positive for THC in his wrecked vehicle that was illegally parked in front of Walmart.

Antonio Harris was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $5,439 bond.
