Handgun found during traffic stop on Riverside Drive

40-year-old Terrance Page was charged with DUI, failure to maintain his lane, and possession of a handgun after a traffic stop on South Riverside Drive.

On May 16th, officers stopped Terrance Page on South Riverside Drive in his black Lincoln MKZ. Page was having difficulty maintaining his lane and crossed over the right shoulder lane.

Officers smelled alcohol on his breath when they asked for his registration, he admitted to drinking earlier that day. He failed the sobriety tests officers conducted. When the deputies searched his vehicle, they found a handgun on the passenger floorboard.

Terrance Page was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and possession of a handgun while under the influence. His bond was set at $4,000.
