Fugitive provides police with meth while in patrol car

28-year-old Sharon Priess was charged with possession of meth after she was identified to have active warrants durning a traffic stop, and opted to hand the police a gram of meth while being trasnported to jail.

On November 2nd, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Kelly Potter pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop. Inside that vehicle was Sharon Priess, who had outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court. She was put in cuffs and taken into custody. While in the patrol car she handed Potter a bag of approximately 1 gram of meth.

Sharon Priess was arrested and charged with possession of meth. She also had active warrants for shoplifting, two counts of possession, failure to comply with financial responsibility, and two counts of unlawful drug paraphernalia at the time of her arrest. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $18,500 bond.

    Montgomery County has a swinging door. Lock them up not continue to let them bond out 7pr8 times on the same charges
