Drunk charged after believing police want to hurt him at Walmart bus stop

35-year-old Justin Bulle was charged with public intoxication after he was found stumbling around, barely intelligible, and he tried to leave the presence of officers because he believed they wanted to hurt him.

On November 10th, Clarksville Police Officer Jon Williams responded to a public intoxication describing a man that was falling over in a parking lot and not able to stand at 3050 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Walmart. Officer Jon Williams found Bulle near a bus terminal and saw a “half empty 1/5 bottle of Skol vodka,” which he was attempting to put in his bag. Officer Williams also found another empty bottle in the area around Bulle.

Bulle was reported to have had a very strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Officer Williams also observed that Bulle was having trouble standing and Williams could not understand him when he was speaking. EMS was called to the scene and when they arrived Bulle tried to get away from the officers and claimed that they were trying to hurt him. Bulle was then transported to Tennova Hospital. Bulle was later arrested for public intoxication due to being a danger to himself and others.

Justin Bulle was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He has since been released on a $439 bond.
