Clarksville man charged with exposing himself from car in parking lot: pants down, windows down, something else up

27-year-old Brandon Mikalik is charged with indecent exposure after exposing himself to a woman in the parking lot in the 2800 block of Wilma Rudolph Blvd on January 29th.

According to Clarksville Police, at approximately 3 p.m. on January 29th, a woman came out of a store with a small child and noticed a black Chevy parked close to her vehicle.  When the woman could not get the child into the vehicle, she went around the other side.  At that time, she Brandon Mikalik, sitting in the back of the car next to hers, with the window and pants down, exposing himself.

She ran back into the store and called 911. Officers quickly located and stopped the vehicle in a parking lot in the 3000 block of Wilma Rudolph Blvd.  Upon approaching the vehicle, there was a strong smell of marijuana.  Officers were allowed to search the vehicle.  Nothing was found.  But, the smell of marijuana was detected every time Mikalik opened his mouth.  He had tried to eat the marijuana and there was still residue in his mouth.

Brandon Mikalik, 27 was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with:  INDECENT EXPOSURE, DRUG-SIMPLE POSSESSION, and TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE:  BOND: $6500
