40-year-old Joshua Moreland was charged with domestic assault after admitting to police that he tossed coffee onto an unidentified woman, per report.
On July 3rd, Officer Moss was dispatched to 217 Dale Terrace in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, police made contact with Joshua Moreland, who informed officers that he had thrown coffee onto an unidentified woman.
According to the affidavit, the woman and Moreland had been involved in a verbal altercation. The altercation turned physical when Moreland threw coffee onto the woman.
Joshua Moreland was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
